Having a home inspection as part of the real estate process — whether you’re a buyer, seller, building a new home, or a current homeowner — is a great investment. It allows you to get to know the property inside and out, and avoid any pitfalls during the purchase, sale, or walk-through of your property.
During the inspection, the inspector will evaluate the foundation, roofing, framing, site drainage, attic, plumbing, heating, electrical systems, fireplaces, chimneys, pavements, stairs, decks, patios, doors, windows, walls, ceilings, floors, and other components of the house.
Our pricing for home inspections is based on the square footage of the home, the age of the home, and if there are any detached structures that need inspected.
(Please note: for any home over 3,600 square feet, please Contact Us for more detailed pricing because your inspection may need additional time.)
